Our Elders

Charles grew up in the Soddy Daisy community and graduated from Soddy Daisy High School and University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is retired after a 40 year career in the insurance industry. Charles is married to Shannon and they have four children. He teaches adult Bible classes, leads singing and assists with the church financials.

Brian and his wife, Corrie, have three kids and have been part of the Soddy Church of Christ since 2016, where Brian now serves as an elder. He has a deep background in ministry education and stays busy at church teaching, leading singing, and helping out wherever he is needed. On top of that, he has been in emergency services since 1987, currently working as the Red Bank Fire Chaplain and managing operations for Erlanger's Life Force Helicopters.

Jerry is a graduate of David Lipscomb College. He and his wife, Judy, have two children and four grandchildren. Jerry has served as a deacon at the Goodlettsville church and the East Ridge church. He began serving in the eldership at Soddy in 2004.

Bob has been a member of the Soddy church since 1962. He is retired from DuPont. He has three children and four grandchildren. He has served as an elder at Soddy for more than 30 years.
