About Joe
Joe Mallory serves as the minister for the Soddy Church of Christ, having begun his work with the congregation in July 2024.
Background & Experience
Before joining the Soddy congregation, Joe spent 20 years teaching in the elementary school system. He began preaching locally in 2016 and previously served as a deacon and youth director in Villa Rica, Georgia. Joe attended the Memphis School of Preaching, graduating in June 2024.
Personal Life
Joe and his wife, Amy, have been married for 28 years. The couple homeschools their five children:
- Caden — Married to his wife, Grace, with a son named Ford. Caden serves as the minister for the Springer Church of Christ in Hohenwald, TN.
- Brennan — Serves as the minister for the Chattanooga Valley Church of Christ in Flintstone, GA.
- Camp — Their third son, who is seventeen years old.
- Betty May — Their twelve year-old daughter.
- Rowan — Their youngest child, who is eight years old.
